E. J. Lowe (catalogued author); J. Rothschild (French edition direction). Les plantes à feuillage coloré, Tome premier, deuxième édition. 1867. pp. Plate XLIV / Original PDF p. 274; printed pp. 87–88 / PDF pp. 277–278.
The 1867 French second edition of Les plantes à feuillage coloré includes a treatment headed Hoya carnosa variegata, a colour plate and a wood engraving.
Scope: Plate XLIV and printed pages 87–88 document nineteenth-century name use, foliage illustration, climbing display and glasshouse practice. The historical cultivation advice and propagation claims are attributed observations, not controlled tests or a modern care prescription.
The account does not establish a continuous clone history connecting its plant with the 1846 material or a modern cultivar. No historical illustration is reproduced here.
Original volume and separate bounded extraction archived. Title, plate, treatment and index are the declared scope.
