The fourth page of this Floricode bulletin records Hoya carnosa Freckles Splash with abbreviation HOYA C FRECKL SPLASH and image filename 131337.JPG. The code identifies a product-name entry. It does not establish when Freckles was named as a cultivar or prove that the longer trade name identifies the same plant as the 1977 description.

The issue is labelled E-Week 38. The PDF metadata records creation on 23 September 2024; the focal row does not print a year. Its product photograph has not been cleared for reuse.
