A 2015 field survey in Bukit Duabelas National Park recorded four Hoya taxa in nine plots selected around known plants. Twelve of 71 surveyed trees carried Hoya. This describes the sampled forest plots, not the park’s full Hoya distribution.
Geography
Bukit Duabelas National Park, Jambi, Sumatra, Indonesia. The paper supplies no plot coordinates or precise Hoya elevations. This Place therefore has no point marker.
Climate
During 30 August–12 September 2015 the authors reported 26.90–30.90 °C air temperature and 76.60–85.10% relative humidity across their survey plots, 50–1200 m from a river. Timing and replication of readings and pairing to individual plants are not specified. These are local field observations, not annual climate or cultivation targets.

Collection history
The article reports field observations and a small leaf sample for its study; it does not establish a specimen collection history for this Place.
What we still do not know
The nine 20 × 20 m plots were selected around known plants, so survey totals cannot estimate park-wide prevalence. Methods list three Hoya taxa while Results list four. Plot-frequency percentages do not readily reconcile with the nine stated plots. Table 1 gives crown position 25.64% while the narrative gives 25.66%. The text equates canopy cover with light reaching the ground, though light was not measured by that percentage. No host preference or species-wide care target is inferred.

Climate summaries describe their stated place, period, and method. They do not measure every plant’s microclimate. Maps are withheld until coordinate precision and sensitivity have been reviewed.
